Terms for using the Veyara Diamonds website and direct buyer portal.

By using this website or buyer portal, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
This site is intended for public buyers, collectors, gift buyers, jewelers, retailers, and prospective business customers. Buyer portal access and higher-value orders may require review and may be suspended or revoked at our discretion.
Inventory, pricing, product details, certificates, and videos are provided for convenience and may change without notice. Listed stones are intended to be available for order, but payment, shipping, and final order details are confirmed through the checkout or invoice workflow.
Invoices, order confirmations, memo agreements, credit terms, return windows, and shipping instructions control over any general website language. If order terms are not confirmed by Veyara Diamonds, assume no return or memo right has been granted.
Orders submitted through the portal start the purchase workflow for selected stones. Payment methods, credit terms, invoices, wire instructions, shipping costs, and delivery timing are confirmed separately. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Shipping method, insurance, destination, signature requirements, declared value, and risk-of-loss terms are confirmed per order or invoice. Buyers must inspect packages promptly and report transit or product issues within the timeframe stated on the invoice or written order terms.
Returns and memo review are available only when approved in writing. Custom orders, altered stones, mounted goods, special sourcing, and items held beyond an approved memo/return window may be final sale.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or bulk-copy data except as expressly permitted, interfere with site operations, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful activity.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free data, or that every listed item remains available. Product warranties, if any, are provided in separate written order or invoice terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veyara Diamonds is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or reliance on site content.
