Terms for using the Veyara Diamonds website and direct buyer portal.

By using this website or buyer portal, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
This site is intended for public buyers, collectors, gift buyers, jewelers, retailers, and prospective business customers. Buyer portal access and higher-value orders may require review and may be suspended or revoked at our discretion.
Inventory, pricing, product details, certificates, and videos are provided for convenience and may change without notice. Listed stones are intended to be available for order, but payment, shipping, and final order details are confirmed through secure provider checkout and the written order record.
Review the Shipping & Returns policy and the terms shown for your selected items before ordering. Each order keeps the policy version recorded when its delivery terms are established. Historical orders retain their recorded terms; separately agreed memo and credit terms apply to the orders they cover.
Orders submitted through the portal start the purchase workflow for selected stones only when a configured Shopify or Stripe secure checkout is available. If neither provider is available, new order submission is disabled. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Shipping method, insurance, destination, signature requirements, declared value, and risk-of-loss terms are confirmed per written order record. Buyers must inspect packages promptly and report transit or product issues within the timeframe stated in the written order terms.
Return eligibility, deadlines, costs, condition requirements, and exclusions are described in the Shipping & Returns policy and recorded for your order. Eligible new U.S. orders receive the published loose-stone return terms; those terms do not apply to every product or order. Custom-sourced, mounted, melee, parcel, jewelry, made-to-order, uncertified, and other excluded items remain subject to their disclosed order terms. Memo arrangements require separate written approval.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or bulk-copy data except as expressly permitted, interfere with site operations, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful activity.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free data, or that every listed item remains available. Product warranties, if any, are provided in separate written order or invoice terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veyara Diamonds is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or reliance on site content.
