Free insured shipping on every U.S. order — no minimum

Every Veyara stone ships fully insured with signature required on delivery via FedEx (UPS/USPS backup). Standard U.S. shipping has no fee or small-order surcharge.

• Free Insured Shipping: free, no minimum. Dispatches 1-3 business days after payment clears; estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after dispatch.
• Express Insured: available rates and estimated delivery are shown at checkout. Review the shipping option and total before paying.
• A Shipment Confirmation email with tracking is sent the moment your stone ships; tracking goes live within 24 hours.
• All shipments are 100% insured in transit — lost packages are fully refunded or replaced.
• No shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays.

Lost, stolen, or damaged

• If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours and we will open an insured claim.
• If a package arrives tampered or damaged, refuse delivery and notify the courier immediately.
• Changing the delivery address after dispatch may void transit insurance — confirm your address at checkout.

Customs & duties

• U.S. customers pay no duties or customs fees.
• International orders may incur local customs/taxes set by the destination country; these are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

30-day return pilot for eligible new U.S. loose-stone orders

Eligible new U.S. orders placed while the pilot is active may return a qualifying stone within 30 calendar days of delivery. Veyara provides a prepaid insured return label, and no restocking fee applies to those pilot-eligible returns.

Pilot eligibility: every item in the order must be an in-stock, source-linked loose stone with an IGI or GIA grading report. The stone must remain unaltered, uncut, unmounted, and return with its original report and packaging.

Excluded: custom-sourced, mounted, melee, parcel, jewelry, made-to-order, uncertified, and other final-sale items do not receive the pilot terms. Orders outside the pilot are covered by the standard policy below.

Standard policy — orders outside the pilot

Certified loose stones may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided the stone is unaltered, uncut, unmounted, and returned with its original IGI/GIA certificate and packaging.

• How returns ship: buyer arranges fully insured return shipping (signature required). We will provide carrier instructions; return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
• Inspection: on receipt we verify the stone against its certificate. Approved refunds go to your original payment method, typically posting within 5-7 business days.
• A 10% restocking fee applies to returned certified stones to cover re-grading and re-listing.

Final sale — no returns

The following are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Uncertified stones sold at a discount specifically because they carry no lab report.
• Custom-cut, custom-sourced, or made-to-order stones.
• Melee and pre-built parcels.

Our guarantee

Matches the cert, or your money back. Every certified stone is guaranteed to match the specifications on its IGI/GIA report. If an independent re-grade shows a material discrepancy, we refund in full including return shipping — no time limit on cert-accuracy claims.
