7-day inspection return on certified loose stones

We want you confident in your purchase. Certified loose stones may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided the stone is unaltered, uncut, unmounted, and returned with its original IGI/GIA certificate and packaging.

• How returns ship: the buyer arranges fully insured return shipping (signature required). We provide carrier instructions; return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
• Inspection: on receipt we verify the stone against its certificate. Approved refunds go to your original payment method, typically posting within 5–7 business days.
• A 10% restocking fee applies to returned certified stones to cover re-grading and re-listing.

Final sale — no returns

The following are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Uncertified stones (sold at a discount specifically because they carry no lab report)
• Custom-cut, custom-sourced, or made-to-order stones
• Melee and pre-built parcels

Our guarantee

Matches the cert, or your money back. Every certified stone is guaranteed to match the specifications on its IGI/GIA report. If an independent re-grade shows a material discrepancy, we refund in full including return shipping — no time limit on cert-accuracy claims.
