Every Veyara stone ships fully insured with signature required on delivery via FedEx (UPS/USPS backup). No shipping fee, no small-order surcharge.
- Free Insured Shipping — free, no minimum. Dispatches 1–3 business days after payment clears; est. delivery 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Express Insured — $45. Same / next business day dispatch; 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- A Shipment Confirmation email with tracking is sent the moment your stone ships; tracking goes live within 24 hours.
- All shipments are 100% insured in transit — lost packages are fully refunded or replaced. No delivery on weekends or holidays.
Lost, stolen, or damaged
- If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours and we'll open an insured claim.
- If a package arrives tampered or damaged, refuse delivery and notify the courier immediately.
- Changing the delivery address after dispatch may void transit insurance — confirm your address at checkout.
Customs & duties
U.S. customers pay no duties or customs fees. International orders may incur local customs/taxes set by the destination country; these are the buyer's responsibility.
